Need help with this..... I ordered from you Dec 13 and still have not received my order. When looking at tracking it says, Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. Does this mean my order still has not been shipped? I ordered from another website in china on Jan 4 and it is all ready in Customs.

thank you for your asking. now china airmail is very slow and unstable because of bad weather and holiday. so it may take 30 days or longer to reach you sometimes.

so it is also normal that some orders placed much later than yours may arrive the customs earlier than yours, because sometimes airport will send those new orders first and then clear the backlog.
