My friend ordered a Provari, 18650 batteries, and an extender cap about two weeks ago, and the shipping was super fast, ordered on a Saturday came Tuesday. He works away from home all week and came back that weekend to find that the extender cap did not come with his new purchase. His wife sent an Email to support and here we are another week later and there has only been the automated reply that the support email was received. The ecig is useless as of now because the bigger batteries were ordered. If some one from provape would help me out it would be greatly appreciated. (He's tech illiterate hence my help)
