I feel kind of embarrassed as most of my posts here so far seem to be me stressing out and being anxious. I've just spent all this money and i'm not getting the results that I desire! I've got an MVP 2.0 and a few Ego style batteries, i've got an aspire bdc, 3 iclear 16s and an iclear 30... I wanted to get a really awesome tank and i saw the aerotank and ordered it. After ordering i did about 10 minutes of research and realized that the aspire nautilus gets way better reviews and is only like 10 bucks more...

I'm just sick of buying juice and equipment that i end up not liking...

I just want a good set up that works well..

Did i make a mistake by getting the aerotank and not the aspire nautilus?

Anyways thanks for letting me rant

I have both the Aerotank and the Aspire Nautilus... While the Nautilus is definitely my preference over the two, the Aerotank is not a bad option at all! I watched this video before I bought the Aerotank and still went for it. Basically, the Aerotank is definitely not a waste of money, but you should also get a Nautilus next.

Think the Nautilus is a better option, but many enjoy the kanger too. I just won't use anything that vents through the 510 connection. Although believe the new Aero breaths through the side. Don't know fer sure.

Whatever you get, will probably be getting something else in the future, heck, may want to explore the world of rba's at some point. Vape is a progressive hobby. Vapers seem to progress through their vape gear from what I've seen. lol.

It's always good to have more than one style of atomizer, variety is the spice of vape.

Vape long and Prosper.!!!

P.S.: The cat bites!

I really enjoy my Aero Tank, however, it only seems to produce well when I first take my battery off the charger. A few hours after charging the Aero seams to produce almost no vape and when I swap it for an Iclear16 that works fine. I think this is probably more a problem with the battery though than the tank.

You would probably be REALLY upset if you went to Ebay and checked the price of a Kayfun clone then.

My problem with Kangers is that the replacement wicks are sooooo hit or miss. Different resistances, half will leak.

I know they are the cheaper end, but when I spend $ I want at least a reasonable expectation of value.

Went to the Nautalis for my cheapies, couldn't be happier.

Use them for sampling flavors I am not sure of, or quick flavor swaps when I don't want to bother cleaning/ refilling rebuildables.

I've got 2 AeroTanks and a ProTank 3 and I have had ZERO issues with either of them; even being completely new to the sport. The AeroTank draws really well (doesn't "whistle" like my PT3), is super easy to clean and fill and looks great on my mod. It was even forgiving when I forgot to screw the coil head into the base and tried to muscle down the threads (oops). It didn't fire, but nothing broke and I didn't strip the threads or botch the coil. Plus, I found a local B&M that sells genuine AeroTanks for minimum $7-8 less than I've found them online.

Anyway, I wouldn't sweat it - especially if you're new like me. I've had no complaints, my juice is tasting great and get satisfying vape clouds from it. Sure there's always going to be something "better" but that's the name of the game.

PS - :toast: Cheers fellow Denver vape buddy.

No matter what you get there will always be something better (happens with girlfriends too) so enjoy what you have and be happy. If you have some extra bucks buy something new and enjoy it (no you cant do that with gfss), don't stress yourself.

My AeroTank was my best purchase (apart from my new SVD).

I was using various different CE4 type things before hand.

I dont have 1 regret about my Aerotank. The airflow control is a god send.

I see posts where people are saying they are having issues with their airflow with other tanks and i just have a smug smile :)

Definitely not a bad purchase. Probably the piece of equipment you will enjoy most at the moment!!

PS. i recommend putting cotton wicks in the coils.

My problem with Kangers is that the replacement wicks are sooooo hit or miss. Different resistances, half will leak.

Easy fixes for both of those -- use vw instead of vv, and the resistance won't matter at all. Use Peaches & Cream yarn for flavor wick, stop the leak. I had a small problem with the P&C yarn at first, using a whole strand (4 individual strands twisted together) but I seem to have solved that by stripping out one of the 4, so it's only a "3 ply" strand of yarn. Still stopping the leak, but no more dry hits. :thumb:
