Ordered some samples. It has begun!

Hey all,

I just order samples from Heathers Heavenly Vapes and the "top sellers" sample pack form RAWR Vapor. From RAWR I opted for the "Flavor Bump" because it's 10% PG / 90% VG and I heard VG mutes the flavor a little. I also ordered a 3ml vivi nova ( I have a 2.0ml and wanted the larger one because I am getting my ProVari in the mail tomorrow!) Do you think it being such high VG content it will cause problems for my carto tank and maybe for my vivi nova from being too thick? I ordered some Boge Stainless Steel LR cartos as well.

In the HHV sample pack I got:

I'm excited! I also have some samples coming from ProJuice (made by ProVape) that I had ordered last Sunday when I ordered my ProVari and a J-Tank from electronicstix. I can't wait to the mailman starts bringing me all these goodies (starting tomorrow!)

Right now the only juices I have are my - all day juice at the moment - Dekang Watermelon @ 18mg and my - tried it a few times, now it's steeping until I try it again juice - Cuban Cigar @ 24mg. The 24mg is way too high. I though I was going to need a high nicotine content since I smoked a pack a day but 24 is not necessary. I got 12mg with the new samples to test something.

All the other juices I just ordered are 12mg. I was going to order a good amount of juices from Alien Vision but they don't take orders until tomorrow at 9 a.m.

I did use AVE juices in my nova before at 100%vg and it worked alright for awhile but much better with juices at 50/50 to 70pg/30vg...


edit:In a dual carto tank I use 100%vg with 3 pre-punched holes and doe's great...

Awesome!!! Ahhh, the anticipation while waiting for the juice to arrive/steep...

When vaping high VG juice from a VVN, you will definitely have to tip between each drag and may need to thin it just a bit with alchohol or distilled water.

Maybe if I modify on of the heads it will work better.. You know the small rubber cap on the head? I'll try cutting little upside down v-shaped grooves on the rubber directly above the wick on each side to see if it lets the thicker juice flow through better.

I'll let you all know what happens with that..

I've seen that suggested but, frankly, the silicone cap on all my VVN's do not sit against the wicks (just at the top of them). Might help but be careful not to cut too much or you will mess up the air flow...that cap seals the air tube to the cap/drip tip.

I plan on cutting the end opposite from where it seals. In theory, if I cut about 1mm extra room directly of the wick the thicker juice will have a little extra room to pull through. I don't know if it will work but it doesn't hurt to try once I have replacement tips. I will probably do it to the middle sized head (2.4ohm I think) becuase I dont use the non-low resistance heads.

That silicone cap is the same on all the heads so, since you don't use the low-res ones, you have two spares...woohoo!

Hey guys, I got all my HHV samples and so far I have tried Just Peachy and Angels Kiss. I like just Peachy and Angels Kiss smelled great but I didn't like it. I think it would taste good if the menthol didn't over power the other flavors or if they offered a non-menthol version because it smells delicious. I just don't really like menthol (Never did even during the analog years)

PS Today is my 7th day without smoking analogs.

Congrats on being 7 days annie free! ECF is a helpful support group...it worked for me and I've been annie free for over 3 years.
