Ordering from Vaporescence

Any guys out there ordered Liquinator tank from Vaporescence before? I have ordered my last Sat and no updates on the status what so ever at all. 5 emails and totally no respond from the seller. Really piss off this time. Anybody can advise?

You ordered it last sat? They are closed on Sundays and fill orders in the order they are placed. Every time iv stopped in the shipping lady is busy filling orders. As of emails I'm not sure about how they do those but I'm sure a quick call would take care of things fast. FYI they will not be open till Saturday due to Thanksgiving and also FYI I have not affiliation with them at all but I get all my juice from them.

Alot of Vendors are getting Huge back orders atm. This is the Third im aware of. You can be sure after the Black Friday holliday you may be waiting much longer than usual for stuff to ship.

If you ordered the stainless or aluminum tanks it takes about 4 or 5 days just to build them (as it says on the website). Then they will ship.

I've purchased a Liquinator from them in the past. After waiting for over a week, I finally called them. They told me that the product was out of stock. No email was sent to me to notify me of the order status. I was not happy about their lack of customer service.

I have 6 liquinators(3 aluminum) and all took about 3-4 biz days to get to my house. The most recent was for a Phat aluminum, which was ordered on 11/16, shipped the next day, and received on Monday. I really never had to contact them, so I have no clue about their CS. My best guess would be what Tersur said, something is back-ordered. No excuse to not return an email though.

That's what I mean.. if it is out of stock why in the first place we still can place an order on their site? This is not happening on others site.. If stock is out no more taking in of new order.

I had ordered 2 alum tank. One 5ml and one 5.5 phat. Order was placed on 19 Nov. Till now no reply???
