    How come every time I try to place an order I do not get the VIP discount or free shipping over $47? I have subscribed to your newsletter already. I get to the point in checkout where the next page will confirm my order, but it never shows up where I have gotten the discount/free shipping. I don't want to "confirm" it and it be too late to make changes, so what do I do? Help.....::confused:

    Hi what may be happening is your comfirmation email sent to your email address went to a spam folder etc. Go into your account and what you might do is make sure you are subscribed. Check there and let me know before I go any further.
