A few weeks ago, I was browsing and someone posted a site for organic e-juice. I'm not mixing my own (still new) and the sight was somewhere in Oregon, I think. I'm interested in looking into mixing my own. Where do I get quality nicotine. Also, how do I guarantee that PG is food grade. Any help is appreciated.
