Organic tobacco #1 by www.goodejuice.com
The juice: Organic Tobacco #1 (O#1) is described on the site as "an all Natural Flavor made from authentic Organic Tobacco Leaves. It has a very subtle sweetness and a rich Tobacco flavor with nothing else in the way".
The Hardware: Mechanical mod topped by an Ehpro Atomic with 1ohm micro coil of 28ga Kanthal, wicked with CelluCotton rayon..
Ratings are from 1-5 depending on where a juice falls in an attributes spectrum. Only the last rating, "overall", is based on 5 being the best. (For sweetness 1 equals very dry and 5 equals very sweet. For tobacco impact 1 equals very mild tobacco and 5 equals very aggressive and/or complex.)
Sweetness: 3. O#1 has quite a noticeable sweetness that's striking, not on it's impact, but the flavor of the sweet. The layer of sweetness has a flavor wholly unique to this NET. It's a taste that has me scratching my head wondering "what ingredients were used to case this tobacco"? Vanilla? Chocolate? Anise? Clove? It's sort of chocolatey with a spun sugar vibe, but it's mainly indescribable for me. It's kind of a fun mystery. Some just won't click well with the flavor, and some like me will love it.
Tobacco Impact: 3.5. O#1 is a pipe blend consisting of flue cured Virginia, air cured Burley, and fire cured burley. It plays purely like a pipe tobacco for me, no cigarette or cigar vibe, though a uniquely blended pipe. It's a rich tobacco that's with a medium impact that's quite complex. It has darker bassy notes and some brighter grassy notes. What really brings it together is a smokey note from the fire cured leaves that mingles with the sweetness to provide a very pleasing experience.
Vapability: 5. Very easy to pick up, very easy to stick with. The overall flavor grabs me right away and the complexity keeps me interested.
Flavor Accuracy: 2. The description on the GoodeJuice site, and the name of this NET, doesn't really give much of an idea what to expect. Personally I don't really care, but I certainly would have went in a different direction for a name and description.
Overall: 4.5. GoodeJuice has some macerated NETs with a flavor that's original and unique while also being immediately pleasing, and this is one of them. Being unique can result in a wide range of opinions on a juice. Because of that, I consider Organic Tobacco #1 to be a must try for NET aficionados since you just may love it. Go small though, because you may also wonder what the hell I see in this lol. For me doesn't quite reach the magical heights of their Patriot and Vita Bella NETs, but it comes darn close.
