how do you organize all your different gear? I'm kind of an organization freak, I like everything to have its proper place, and easy to access where I'm most likely to use them.
Im pretty new, but here's my system so far-
all misc. gear (chargers, pass through, juices)
I keep in a small box near my desk. (most of my at home vaping is done here)
all my cartridges that I've already started to use I keep in a little bowl type thing on my desk (easy to swap through 3-4 diff. flavors in a sitting, dont have to worry about a cart dying)
all my unused carts are in a box next to where I keep my wallet, keys, and where I used to keep my smokes. (getting ready for work, grab two freshies so I'm good all day)
couple extra just in case carts live in my glove box at all times. (in case of emergency)

Lets help each other with all the possible ways to avoid this source of clutter, as I'm definitely realizing its a big one, and I think the more accessible and organized your gear is, the easier it is to avoid saying, "**** it, I'll just have a smoke"

If all of your cartridges are in a bowl so you can swap different flavors how do you know which flavors each one is. I have a problem labeling each 5 ml bottle with the flavor it is. I also use DYI and end up with different bottles with different mg and ml and flavors. How do you keep each one separated. I cut small sticky and put on the bottle but this will come off. I am totally unorganized but would take some suggestions on how to organize all of this.

I also have 10 different 510 ecigs at one time. Some have different flavors and different strengths. How do I keep this separated. I keep rotating them as the battery died which is very often with the 510.
You might look into something like this: Amazon.com: Plano® Mini-Magnum Tackle Box: Sports & Outdoors (and check the "also bought" items as well). Put a bottle of juice in one of the slots, and then keep your carts (and maybe attys) in the same slot as the juice they've got in them.

Wal-Mart sells similar items, I got a small one with 5 compartments for $3.

(This works well, unless you have a very extensive collection.)
We have a nice, dark wood, lined box on my desk that once held, I think, a set of silverware. In it we have a clear, plastic bead box purchased at Wal-Mart (we removed the lid) which has 18 divided squares which will hold three bottles, each, thus letting us keep 54 of the 10ml bottles. It also leaves enough room on the side and at back for keeping extra attys, batteries and other vaping items. Along one side we also have a previous candy display holder we got from a local store which holds another 18 10ml bottles. In all, we can keep 72 of the 10ml bottles. Seems like plenty for us. We keep the larger bottles in a dark cabinet and only get them out when a 10ml needs filled.

My DIY, hand-painted storage cabinet is my primary 'at home' organizer.

More photos of the cabinet are in my user profile. I have another one in the works right now with a top lid and a single front drawer/

I use plastic storage drawers. You can see through them and it's easy to catagorize everything. I'm currently using two of the units below side by side.

When you put them side by side you get a nice little storage shelf on top. I try to keep it simple and YES they are labeled! Tools (sissors, tweezers, etc), Source Juice (Lorann flavoring, juice I haven't cut down yet), Empty Bottles (3ml, 6ml, 10ml, 15ml to fit my needs), Used (bottles that need to be cleaned and carts that need new stuffing), Ready to Use (freshly packed carts, new batteries, new atomizers, cut juice I'm not ready to add into the rotation), and Misc. (everything esle).

It works well for me because I spend only a very limited time, pulling out the dirty bottles and carts to clean and move to ready status. When I need to do DIY or cut some new juice it's at the ready.

I don't store my juice I used every day there. I keep it at the ready so I can pick which three I'll be taking with me when I leave the house(TODAY: Code Red, Clove, and Dr. Pepper) depending on my mood. But the good news is I have a use for my ashtray...

The picture is a little old, I have a new labeling system, but you get the idea...

P.S. Keep it simple!

My coffee table has a compartment with a door. That is where I keep my juice, droppers, and the most used stuff. I also have an ashtray (no, I didn't throw them away). I keep my carts and attys there when batteries are charging. And, they work great for a place to put my e cig on while I'm using it.

Then I go a cloth covered padded game case. That’s where I keep other stuff. It’s also very handy because I can stick my sewing machine needle in the cloth.

I'm also using a small ashtray for a selection of different flavoured carts and a little 5ml bottle of US Marlboro/RY4 mix...finally, a good use for an ashtray! :)

.

And doesn't it give you a little bit of a "take that" attitude. I cleaned mine 6 months ago and haven't had to so much as wipe them down since! The tar and ashes got so thick and goopy at the bottom I'd have to soak them to get them clean. I can't imagine my lungs were much better!

If all of your cartridges are in a bowl so you can swap different flavors how do you know which flavors each one is.

I buy my carts from v4l, and all the carts are color coded, and labeled for nic amount and flavor, so its pretty easy to keep track of.

thanks for all the great posts! I love the cabinet, breakfast! maybe I'll have to go the diy route too.

thanks again for all the ideas, keep em' coming!

I have a pencil box with two sides, one has the little compartments for small stuff, the other side (flipped over) has the larger items like chargers. I labeled the carts with numbers that came from fingernail decals and keep a written list what is in each cart, can be changed when I change what's in them. I got all kinds of interesting little fingernail decals (top with clear coat to keep them coming off). The numbers are so tiny I don't think anyone would notice them.
