For the people that are suggesting different colored caps, bands, or Sharpies, I'm still confused. I see how it would help, but right now (2.5 weeks in) I have probably 30 different flavors. I know that's insane, but I can't be the only one.... That's why the tackle boxes with dividers can help, I just put the carto next to the juice bottle after filling.

How many colors can you realistically have for sharpies or caps? Or do you just limit yourself to a few?

Still my biggest problem is labeling them when I go out and have 2-3 in my pocket. I'm always smelling them. I must look like a quarterback who just had a concussion and is reaching for the smelling salts.

Good point, I didn't think of that as I'm a rookie here and only have seven flavors going now. 30, dang, that's variety. I'd be curious as to what people have to offer when you have that many going.

Ha, I'm a rookie too and it just kind of happened. I went nuts ordering juices which is a lot of fun. Obviously, I'm not getting to all of them each day, although I do move through at least 4-5 at this point - more when I get a shipment. I'm getting rid of some of my least-favorites to a friend of mine who I'm trying to get into vaping.

I have had some of the same issues. Then again, I've only been vaping Volcano's Kona Coffee for the past few weeks, and only today got some other flavors. I tried the P-Touch labels, but just made tiny ones instead of wrapping them around. That doesn't work too well. I'll wrap them next time.
For organization, I just rolled my own. I run a small tactical gear (I design and make - e.g. sew - military gear), so I just made my own hard-sided pouch (behind the inside panels is some rigid plastic so I don't crush anything when I sit down) with elastic loops for batteries, cartos, tankos, drip tips and my pass thru. Now that I've made it and fiddled with it, I'm going to make another one to hold my syringe and a few bottles for when I'm traveling.

In the interests of disclosure, following the rules, and to not piss off the mods, I am not listing anything for sale, just pimping out my personal back pocket organizer that I made for me, myself and I.

I love it! Great job. I am going to make something for myself that will carry some bottles, cartos and batts and PCC charger for travel. The zip lock baggie is just not getting it anymore! ha ha bnrk

Mesa, AZ...off the analogs for years!
Sharpies rub off and if you drip juice on it the ink runs. I used small sticker labels for awhile (look for scrap booking ones) but they didn't always adhere well. Finally I broke down and bought a Brother P-Touch label system as others suggested and it's been the best thing ever for marking my cartos...and I usually have at least 30 different flavors at a time so I really needed a system!

For the people that use Brother, stickers, etc, is all that stuff fine to leave on while you are vaping? I'm assuming so.

The labels I put on are only 1/4" wide, and they are on the battery end of the carto, so you really dont put your mouth on them. I guess the heat could theoretically cause a problem with the adhesive, but I dont think they get hot enough to do so. I personally have had no problems with them.

I use electrical tape. I started with stickers but they fall off when you don't want and then your stuck with a couple mystery flavors. well the last batch of cartos I ordered were stainless and I really needed something to insulate against the heat so I put a layer of electrical tape at the mouth. eventually I evolved it to placing a strip of tape on a clipboard and using a razor to cut lenghtwise different numbers of strips. I have a 1, 2 and 3 strip on the tops of my cartos now. with maybe 1-2 mm between strips. then I did the same thing to my 3 bottles I use for refilling. I like it bc I can feel which carto I am grabbing even when it's to dark to read or see colors and I only have to do it once or twice for the full life of the carto even with being cleaned weekly. you could probably even use different colors of electric tape.

will post a pic in a few if I can figure out how lol
