Orings on igo w

I recently purchased an igo w, put a dual coil build, cotton wicks, running at .8 (not as high as I wanted, but it's actually nice). When I go to put my cap on the rings get pulled out of their groove slightly and get stuck, making it almost impossible to put the cap back on. Is there a fix for this? Is it a common problem? I'd like to use my dripper some more but it's not happening if I can't put my cap on. I had only one oring for a few days but that oring got loose too. Now these rings that UD gave me in the box are a just as slippery. Any suggestions?

My Igo-l doesn't have this problem. You can buy some replacements online if you can measure them. Once those rings go bad though that's it, they are a perishable item.
