I am having serious heat issues with my negative post on my Orion. The post is heating up with every button, I accidentally dropped a drop of eliquid on it and the juice exploded into vapor. The post is likely reaching 180+ degrees with light use. Is there something I should look out for? Is this a result of a short in the kanthal setup?

Also when I wrap my coil should the kanthak touch the center post itself? Or just the washers? Between the 2 washers? Or between the nut and washer? I really want to solve this issue as I am too afraid to use the device, I think the electronic switch board might not be able to handle it.

The thing vapes like a freight train so I'm not displeased in any way with the Orion's performance, I'm using a 4/5 28gauge wrap right now. I just switched from a 3/4 30 or 32 Im not sure. Both coils were causing the heated center post, and both performed very well. I think I'm just going to order a few buttons and continue to vape this, it's too good to not use ^_^
