I don't have a V3 but do a V2.1. If he's using the same size, the specs can be found here. As for replacement parts, he doesn't sell them per se, but has been good to me in the past. I also ordered an extra switch for my 2.1 from 'pailpoe' and others sell replacement parts (tanks, top caps, etc) for V2.1. Some parts will work for both while others will not. It's a different beast.
