Orion v3 by No Smoker - Orion

Have you guys heard about this? I just noticed it today, really seems interesting to me. The price tag is a little steep, but a hybrid with VW? I think this looks really cool. For those of us that don't really want to play around to see whose face can melt first (sub-ohm), this is an incredible innovation. I would love to read some reviews on how the screen menu works.

Hey Mike, this hybrids been out for a while now. I personally own 2 and they r great for MY needs. There r some limitations due to the electronics but all in all a great mod. The menu is pretty easy to work with, very similar to that of a provaris menu. Click a few times to bring it up then keep clicking to go thru functions and back to the first. U can wrap sub ohm coils if ur so inclined, I think all the way down to .8..not totally sure. I don't vape above 15 watts which is the max for this unit and that's perfectly fine for me. I run between 1.3 to 2.0 ohm coils depending on my mood at the time. It's a great vape and would recommend if that's what ur looking for. I may be unloading my backup in the near future. Check them out, Todd did a good review on YouTube.

Been wanting to try the orion v3, just a little Leary of the electronics don't know how it would hold up on daily use. I.E. will the switch wear out. And can you replace it. Have not done much research, really like my Zen's and drop mod. And I know I can repair any part. And I don't know anything about VW have a provari use only sometimes. I vape a genesis around 1 to 1.3 omhs
Any input would be helpful before I spend 275 on one

You can replace the electronic if any, my case at the moment, nosmoker sell them separatly. Its the only thing you can broke in this mod imho.

Well, the module stopped to work after one intensive day at 15W/2.5 ohms but after to have modded the atomizer side too. This is not a stock conditions and not covered by the (excellent) warranty service. And finally i repaired it before to receive the new one ... this was just a little component easy to find and solder. The PCB is really very good and offer 7amps for 200Khz ... that mean a feeling of instant power in your coils like direct DC.

On the number of reviews and threads i've read, i can say than i was particulary unlucky. The O3 joined my vape recently, 5 days ago.
