Went to a few Lalapalooza's back in the day, and a few other concerts, but there are too many fricken people at these things to enjoy the music. Either the sound system sucks or,is usually the case, too many idiots spoiling the show. Saw Clapton back in the 80's and he was great, till I got puked on by someone sitting behind me.
I like my music alone ~

Thats how I feel... Im a short little thing and dont do well in big crowds. The festies I go to are usually around 5000 people or less. The biggest one I go to has about 8000. All in the same little piece of heaven... :) You can hear the music throughout the park/tent city. and the crowd is never too big and everyone there is respectful and no one gets too out of hand. Any one that does get out of hand is dealt with peacefully. its a great place!
