Hi guys,
Seeing as I don't know much about ecigs or what to get as yet for a starter kit I'm wondering if someone could give me a list of suppliers in the Mississauga Ontario area where I can buy an ecig over the counter, as I really don't care to buy it off the web.

Perhaps you could also tell me what to look for specifically or what to stay away from. Thanks.

Welcome to the Canadian subforum XBB.

I know of a few variety stores in the Toronto region who carry SMOKESTIK brand, and sell them, however you are also paying WAY more than you need to be for a product which, IMHO, is not that good.

What I recommend is that you come to a Toronto Area Meet and Greet, held at the Honest Lawyer in Richmond Hill. Here, you can try a bunch of stuff that folks bring, make some friends, and also make some decisions as to what product is best for you. The meets are listed in the Canadian Subforum.

You can also buy from Jack @ Happy Vaper (Happy Vaper - Canada Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid, DIY Concentrated Flavorings!) direct, rather than shopping online.

Hope that helps to start.

:)

I am not too sure about actual stores to be honest with you....perhaps someone will post some info down the road.

As for what to spend, it all depends on what you get.

The two best starter kits in my opinion are:

510
Kr808d-1

Those models are sold under all sorts of names, however reputable dealers will not hide the compatibility of the models they sell.

As for prices, the best thing to do is check the websites of the reputable Canadian dealers (happyvaper.com, evapers, electrovapers, etc) and see what the prices they charge are. That is the price you should consider paying.

The variety stores I have spotted these products in not only charge approximately double the price, but also ONLY sell products containing no nicotine. So, keep that in mind if you do find a store. The SMOKESTIK brands are all ZERO nicotine, and the chances your variety store brand will be as well.

Good luck.

:)

If you do want to buy in person, you could always visit Happy Vaper at Dr. Flea's on Saturday / Sunday. Not too far from where you are. (Albion Rd, and HWY 27). I'm pretty sure he's still there every weekend. And he can walk you through all the product offerings as well.

Nic Juice is a different story though. I don't think anyone is selling it "over the counter" at the moment.

No problem my man!

If you find yourself in the city and want to see some equipment or anything, just drop me a PM! Glad to share!

Hey Dude, I posted this in another thread and of course they suggested I come to the Canadian side for info..Sheeesh.:p

Had a fun aft with a buddy who still smokes and we tipped back a few, maybe too many brewski's as I didn't drive home. lol.
Anyway we discussed an ecig

From what I can see nic juice might be a bit difficult to get in Canada at the moment, but perhaps one of you can give me some good info regarding this. We were going to get him a pv here from the vendor recommended here, but, no nic juice, so he didn't want to be bothered going. Can't say I blame him.

And we're wondering if we can just buy online from the U.S. and not have any problems getting it sent up. Would it also be cheaper?

Can we get nic juice on line here in Canada? The starter models I suggested were either the 510, or as someone else said the EGO, as the battery is better. Seeing as this the Canada site, what's he looking at price wise on these models?
