other mods that use the same batteries

I know, now that I own a Provari, I'm supposed to be above all other mods, but I also know I'm supposed to have a backup for my backup. I've got the usual eGo stuff, but just in case I *gasp* needed to be separated from Violet, I'd like something else that uses the same battery sizes that I've already got. I mean seriously, my juices & tank-blinging hobby is taking up enough space - I don't need 15 different size batteries to cart around too.

So, anyway, short of the Vamo (I don't like a mod that looks back at me), anybody got any suggestions?

Pretty much anything that has a replaceable battery. The 18350, 18490/500 & 18650 are the 3 main battery sizes used in battery mods.

What size battery are you running, 18650's give you a lot of choice. The others, not quite as much. You could try the new Zmax telescope, the regular Zmax is good also. Ego batteries are great for taking with you, small and they work.

I've got the standard Provari with the extension cap, so I've got both the 18490 & 18650 batteries. This may sound stupid, but Provape says only batteries with the button extension will fit the Provari. I keep seeing pics (and discussions about) other mods using flat top batts, so I'm not sure if my button batteries will fit other units. Like I said, it may seem stupid, but I've already made at least one other purchase recently that was wrong, based on an erroneous thought process..... You can now ask me about the difference in Bellas, Unique & Jonboy tank tube sizes......but that's another story.

The ProVari uses button tops only because the positive connector in the head of the ProVari is small and very flat. Simply won't reach a flattop. The Saber Touch will use the 18650 button tops you already have and is probably the most customizable from the factory mod available including VV models. It can also be set up as a passthrough for home use. The Silver Bullet will use them as well and can Kicked.

I own a regular size Provari and have the ext cap that allows use of the 18650 AW imr. These fit in my mechanical Altsmoke Silver Bullet and in my Smoktech VV Gripper.
