I heard that the red dragon and GS were compatible too. But I haven't verified. I have a GS, but quickly moved on to a 510.
One can add juice to a GS cart. You have to open it up with little screwdriver, taking out the rubber cap at the mouth end, then add juice, replace cap and let it sit over night to let it absorb juice into the filler. Do not try to remove filler, as you will destroy the atty which has its heating element going up through the middle of the filler roll. Adding juice does work, and well. The attys should last far longer than just how long it takes to use up the original juice in the cart.
Hope this helps!

Yup-yup, I just got my first liquids from Johnson Creek this week and the refilling process is definitely trial and error, but I'm refilling with only a few drops per cart and they seem to be holding up well. Cheaper than constantly buying new cartomizers, more flavor choices, good flavor on the two I've tried so far, good volume, good stuff!!
Thanks for the "let it sit over night" tip Kurt. Oh, and by the way, if you happen to use a syringe through the battery connection end, rather than popping the mouthpiece cap off, inserting it straight through the hole will just expell the liquid right through the center and out the other end!!
