We are very sorry that our email systems have a big problems, so some customers can not get emails from us timely.

If you place an order, but do not get an email confirmation or shipping notice about your order by email as before. Please log into your account and check your order status anytime. Here goes How to check my order's status and tracking number in my account?

If you have any questions about your order or products, please click Help Desk and submit a ticket as usual.

Our ticket system still works well. If you do not get an email notice after you submit a ticket, or you do not get our reply notice for your ticket, please you log into your ticket using the ticket ID and check our reply.

We are trying to fix the problem. It may take a few hours or a few days.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
