I was thinking....

With all of us campaining and sending links and info. to various media sources and friends, we should create a new forum in which each of us could post our story and experience with e-cigs (what we smoked before, how its changed our lives, etc.) It would be nice to have a place to be able to link to when writing these letters.

I thought about that but there's an awful lot of FDA bashing/conspiracy theory in there too. I was thinking something strictly for all the success stories to show all the good that e-cigs can do.

I hear ya. I hate the FDA too but it is distracting from what people need to know. When you tell the truth, it makes the FDA look worse anyway.

Exactly. But how come you and I are the only ones interested/commenting on this? Anybody else out there?

Possibly because we've all told bits and pieces of our stories throughout this forum already. But I can see the benefit of having all the bits in one place so others could link to them.

Let's start gathering all of our testimonials in one place. If you know where you've posted your story before, please post a link or even tell it again.

So mine...I smoked for 10 years. Sometimes up to a pack a day but mostly around 1/2 a pack. I loved smoking but it was starting to really effect my health. I was short of breath, coughing, sometimes I would sneeze and not be able to breathe for 15-20 seconds afterward (that was scary at times), my chest hurt and I just knew I had to stop. On my son's first birthday, I vowed I would quit and make sure I was around for the rest of them. A coworker showed me his Njoy the next day and I started looking around. I found this site, researched for about 4 hours and ordered a 510 kit. It arrived on a Monday, I got in a car accident 2 days later and smoked my last cigarette on the side of the road waiting for the police to get there. Never looked back. Two weeks later, the tightness in my chest is gone, I don't cough, I can breathe better and my taste and smell are improving slowly. I can't believe how easy this was.
