1. Isn't it illegal to deface money?
2. Who even carries cash anymore?
3. Why in the world are you writing a check for your groceries? Is it that hard to use your ATM card? I could understand if you were old but you're not, and you are holding up the line. OMG could you write any slower? Who even has checks anymore? They are more outdated than cash?!?! ( Sorry, someone took an eternity to write a check for their groceries in the express line at Safeway today )

Has anyone started a petition on the White house site for recognition of facts from any or all studies to date to be clearly documented showing the effectiveness of helping people replace a more dangerous product with one that is safer, if not safe? Gee guess I could look for myself!

Other than suddenly discover a lot of people use e-nic and realize an untapped tremendous new source of revenue, what do you think this Administration will do? Get the FDA involved again? Better this Administration do nothing.

Here is our first petition...
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...on-administration-recognize-e-cigarettes.html

And here is our second petition...
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/legislation-news/370130-sign-petition-whitehouse-gov.html

If you don't want to read the entire threads then here are the results...
--First petition they punted to the FDA who gave a reply that is pretty much what you would expect
--Second petition has now gone about six months with no reply whatsoever

A small, simple message on a bill is an easy way to get a bit of attention, get the concept of e-cigs on people's radar, and maybe shape the message a bit, IMO.

I don't use cash all that often, but when I do, I might just add a few small words: "e-cigarettes saves lives."

Written not too big, it may just makes its way through to a few hands before it's taken out of circulation.

I hate defaced money. Whenever I get a defaced bill, it goes right in the trash. Whatever cause they are for, I am against. Those pot leaves from the 1990's stamped on bills drove me nuts. Fortunately, the types of people stamping them only had access to $1 bills, it seems.

    Umm..

    what?

The only thing this does, is make you lose money. thats LITERALLY it.

I can afford to lose a dollar or 2 a month not to spread someone's political or 'recreational' messages.

You could save them up, and take them to the bank once in awhile for exchange (the bank will take them out of circulation if they are noticeably defaced; my mom works at a bank) But what you do with your money is up to you. :)

And I know they waited until everything was rung up before they even started to write.

Please don't ruin our landfills with defaced FRNs; instead, send them to me so they can be properly disposed of.
