Hello Cozzicon. Have you noticed a difference between the normal ego-T atomizer and the ego-T Tawa atomizers. I noticed that the ego-T kit that you have is from Ovale. I know that they have the ego-T atomizer and the ego-T Tawa atomizers. The ego-T tawa atomizers are selling for 6 dollars less then the normal ego-T atomizers and the kit comes with one normal ego-T and one ego-T Tawa atomizer. I'm wondering if their is a noticeable difference between the two atomizers like vapor production, draw, quality, throat hit and/or taste.

As has been noted before.. they are mechanically and electrically identical (at least they are supposed to be.... manufacturing variations aside). The extra $6 is for the warranty.

Personally I haven't seen that problem at all. Punctured tanks appear to re-seal well on the piercing needle after repeated usage.

Oh, okay, that is really good to hear. Well...then, do you recommend just sticking with the 5 pack or 7 pack that come with the packages or should I stock up many to save on shipping? If the piercing isn't hurting them, is there any other issue that would justify buying, say, 50 cartridges? Or is losing them going to be my only problem? lol.

Having a bunch of tanks will make it easier to change liquids/flavors (but you still need to clean out the atty)... but beyond that, I don't see any need to have a lot of them on hand. I don't see them "wearing out". And frankly, when I need to change liquids I don't have a problem with popping the cap off and rinsing the tank out.

Thanks again Scottbee! Well then this system looks like its made for me. I'm using clearomizers and Fluxomizers too and they work well, but cleaning and refilling takes too much time and material. Rinsing out a cartridge to change flavors and cleaning an atty every week or so is almost no work at all.

I really wanna try one of these, but I guess I better hold out until they come out with LR atties. 3.7V with a regular atty just doesn't do it for me any more.

I was worried about that too but from most of the video reviews, LR seems like it is not needed at all. Vapor and flavor are being reported as so good there is not enough reason to go any lower. I saw one video where the atty was ohm'd at I believe 2.2ohms. That's pretty good imo.

Me too. I'd hate to be blamed for a bad purchase.

:p

Hi, Cozzie, good news! You won't be blamed for a bad purchase. Well, at least not right away.

I just got my package from TW. Thanks to your videos, the whole operation, from the mailbox to the first puff, took about 3 minutes. You explained everything so well, thank you.

I blew out the primer through the battery end; there was a lot of it in my atty. Then I just followed your instructions, with one exception: I didn't take the tankomizer's cap off at all. Scottbee came up with the idea to first pierce the empty tank by simply inserting it into the atty, and it worked like a charm. Then I took the pierced tank out, filled it with my Halo's Truepure, put the tank back in, took a couple of dummy puffs (without pressing the button) and I was done.

So far it's really nice. Beautiful, warm, rich vape. Clean taste. If this lasts, I may never use anything else again.

Thanks again for all your hard work and for making it so easy for us. I really appreciate it. :vapor:

Bah.... I still want a LR version..... ;-)

OK I received mine and these are awesome. Question though what is the best way to clean these atty;s because I am using the darker liquid I want to be sure that they clean well. Ready to order some backups now that I know I like these.

I have been using isopropyl alcohol with a two day dry. Others have been using warm water (recommended by Ovale). If you are using a darker juice, it might be advisable to clean frequently.

However, since everyone is still experimenting with these, I don't know how effective cleaning is since I'm only about 3 weeks in. But so far- so good.

Some of the darker juices, by some vendors, use flavorings that contain sugars. Sugars do not vaporize well.. they caramelize on the atomizer.

I'm making my own e-juice. I use 80pg/20vg. I'm using PA flavors. I know the marshmallow and cotton candy etc have sugar, but what about flavors like carmel candy or banana cream? Since its only flavoring how would I know which ones do or don't have sugar?

Any info appreciated as I don't want to ruin my tanks as soon as I get them!

The best way is to contact PA and ask for a list of ingredients in the flavorings you're using.

seems like a really good idea.......but what about leakage since there is no filler to "hold" the liquid? does carying an assembled unit rightside up/upsidedown/sideways create any problems for anyone? I don't mind the bit more cost, but don't want to be spending an extra $10 a month on paper towels to keep my pockets dry.

I just received my atties and tanks from LF...... Loving these very much..... LF gave me blue tanks and the atties say eGo-T on them..... After reading and following everyone's tips on what to do when they got them - I blew out the attie to get rid of the juice that comes with them...... I have read that some people were blowing out lots of juice. Mine had barely any????? Anyways the it's working perfect and no leaks and smooth drags with lots of vapor!!!!! Just wanted to let people know - There probably are different versions out there.

Cozz,

I happened on this video of yours doing a google search... did a little research and bought the Tornado version from TW... got it yesterday.

I am in hog heaven with this thing... I ordered the 510 attys, cones and carts for comparison purposes as well.

The 510s were giving me surprisingly heavy fog but after going back and forth for awhile, I like the tank better and it does give better flavor with better fog. The tank is amazing.

The Tornados do not have the 5 click shut out which disappointed. I'm wondering if the Cignot batteries have the feature... anyone know and, if not, whose does...? I definitely want this feature when I reorder... don't like the little devils all over everything either. Cignot also offers the fully translucent tip/tank carts. I'll be getting their 10 battery charger as well.

The machining and finish is impressive to say the least.

Your vid mentions something about taking the tank/cart apart and removing a plate for cleaning. How do you do that?

Side note: I'm using 80%PV/20%VG in 0mg from GourmetVapor and getting good fog. I've also started with 6 drops of Riskee Juice 36mg and the rest the Pina Colada mix mentioned above for a little buzz. Still good fog. The overall mix is pretty light.

I smoked Camel unfiltered for many years and for some reason hate the tobacco liquids... go figure.

Thanks for the in depth info on your channel... you are right on the money.

I've been doing this off and on for a couple of years now and feel the Tank is it. Started with a 401, then a KR808/901 combo (not enough vapor and too few drags per fill). My wife still likes the KR808 auto though. I outfitted it with an adaptor and a 510 which she likes much better.

I've got an auto MaxxFusion coming for her so that will be another one we'll be comparing very soon.

Regarding taking the tank apart for cleaning... taking the end cap off is self explanatory. But to disassemble the mouth piece this tutorial for 510 carts is exacly the same:
