over vaping

I almost did yesterday. I received my order from FSUSA and I couldn't stop testing flavors. I got a little dizzy. lol

ya i vape 36mg and up nic so its easy to nic OD

I admit to nic OD. Not to the point of puking, but very dizzy, buzzing, fast heart rate. Easy to do when try out new flavors I DIY. Also on that point, I vape when on pain meds and it is easy to over vape without realizing. Went to bed one night and was quite nauseated. Always need to watch it when I DIY liquids, always get some nic doing that.

Yeah, I'm not a real fan of throwing up. That's odd you don't get dizzy or anything. It is because I get dizzy/lighthead that I feel like I'm going to throw up.

Never threw up, but got very jittery, so to speak.

Luckily, the OD symptoms are short lived.
I get a twitchy eye.
But never puking...ugh.

I finally learned to order lower mg nic juice.
That helped a lot, but my juice consumption has gone up considerably.

i want to be able to take a few hits and be good for a bit

Sounds like when I started smoking I'd get gitters, lightheaded and puked on more than one ocassion. I ordered 18mg liquid for my kit when it comes. What's a normal nic content for a cig?
