The biggest problem I had with the SB was getting the damn thing. I had wanted to get the SB before I got my Chuck, but it was sold out. So I emailed rob and asked, when they would be available. Got a reply of maybe in a couple weeks :p.
So I waited, sent another email in a couple weeks... got not yet :p. Then they finally got some a week later, but when I went to place my order, 'sold out'. Emailed rob again to inquire.. got yeah I sold out put I have ten more that I might put up on the site later :p... waited...checked site...waited...checked site...nothing. email rob...got "we'll see, too busy to put up on site now :p"
I finally said screw it and when to chuck thread...saw how happy everyone was with Jeff and his chucks and decided, if anyone is getting my money it's gonna be Jeff.

So I won't crap on the SB itself because I've heard good things about the quality and such. But I will say, I hate that business model of running pre-orders until you get enough of them to make a production run and a tidy profit. It not only shows no concern for making your customers wait and wait. But (to me) also shows low confidence in your product.
I mean, if you think they are so great and sure they are going to sell, get a couple hundred made on your own dime and just sell them. Don't make your customers foot the bill.

Just my .02

My wife and I own 12 big-battery mods - Chuck, Little Chuck, 2 GLVs, Prodigy, Protege, VP1, VP2, 2 XHalers, Super-T, and a 5-volt detonator type.

Things I like about the Chuck and things the Chuck does better:
- The well around the atomizer.
- Solid. Solid, solid, solid. I now feel safe in dark alleys.
- Custom graphics.
- The finish anyway, even with a non-custom one.
- Mechanical aspects of switch.
- Knurling on end cap.
- Rounding insides end cap. Barely noticeable, very nice touch.
- Brass. Man I'm tired of aluminum sometimes.

Things I don't like about the Chuck, or things other PVs do better:
- Too heavy. (Note that I put "brass" in my "like" section. I know.)
- Switch "pointiness" - a larger button, like 3/8" diameter - would be better IMHO
- Nut around switch looks cheap.

(Reasonable) Things I wish the Chuck had:
- Switchable atomizer top caps (ie; swap the top from 510 to 901 without using an adapter)
- Venting
