I ordered from them and they don't bother to send you a confirmation on their orders, and it does take a long time to get it, and I didn't care for their juice but you might, so if you don't here from them wait two weeks and call them and see what's up. You will eventually get it cause I did.

I have a pending order with Ozark, but knew ahead of time from reading here on ECF that I probably wouldn't hear anything from them and it would take a while to get. Others have stated they did eventually get it, no reviews on the juice though (other than the RY4 thread OP).

I hope you found some juice to get you by.

Oh, I have plenty!! I have ordered and received from probably 3 or 4 vendors since I placed this order.Based on customer service
you may want to avoid this vendor.Like I said it was a small order, 30mls I believe, so I'm really not sweating it.I will stick to vendors I have used in the past for now on....

Newbie here and was reading though the Ry4 thread trying to find a flavor as I'm so new to this and still searching for a daily. Placed an order with Ozark Fresh on June 22. Received an email confirmation on same day. Payment went through on June 24. It's now July 8 and have not received the juice or any responses to 3 emails or 2 voicemails. Kind of odd to me too that the area code for the phone number is in Jersey. Feel burned early on in my quest for flavors/suppliers.


Edit: Willing to be patient but absolute absence of CS is concerning.

Go to the forum suppliers section.There are many reputable vendors who are approved on this board.Hopefully you placed a small order like me!!

I can not yet post anywhere but in new member forum because my post count is not yet padded. And, I'll wait just a bit longer before I post a negative review of a supplier. But, yes if it comes to that I'll use this advice.

I placed an order with Ozark Fresh on June 22. Still no order or confirmation my order has been shipped. Did receiv a reply to my first email on July 2nd that my order was ready to be shipped. They have not responded to any subsequent emails. Do not anser the phone. It has now been 16 bdays and no juice. Do not waste your time and money.
