I know most cosponsors, and the PA Senate Judiciary Committee is Chaired by our good friend Stewart Greenleaf, who sponsored legislation (that Smokefree Pennsylvania championed) to ban smoking in workplaces from 1990 until it was enacted into law in 2008.
