LOL - yeah I did....
I'm having difficulty today for some odd reason, I can't get a GOOD vape and its driving me nuts. Perhaps its all in my head, I dunno.... LOL
The longest I've ever been off analogs was 2 weeks, that was almost 10 years ago so we'll see how this goes. So far so good, even with today being difficult, but its more frustration with my e-cigs today.

Use my idea about a dummy e-cig while you are fiddling with your PV. Just remember to fill the cart with a liquid flavor from your kitchen so you don't get a mouthful of nic juice..makes me shudder LOL
Just add bad P.V.days to the list of Bad hair days, bad nail days ect.

I keep getting that feeling that I should be DOING something else... you know that odd feeling when you're missing your smoke break.! LOL
I went out and planted some beans and pea's - that bending over hurt my back, and the dern chickens wouldn't leave me alone so I came back in.
I think I'm going to go sew something.! LOL

I feel the same way, I keep reaching for my cigarette case! or I find myself looking for an ashtray. The strangest feeling is getting up and walking away without worrying about leaving a burning cigarette that may burn the house down!
I am sleeping all night now..ok with bathroom breaks, but not needing an analog or a vape! This is the first time in years I wasn't up in the middle of the night having a smoke.

I have my veggie garden fully fenced - the guinea's and bantams I bet could easily fly over, but so far they've not tried that. My standard chickens can't get their feathered butts high enough when they try fly! LOL
I used to smoke outside, so I keep wandering around the house, I know what I WANT to do, I just have to keep doing stuff to take my mind off it - I didn't Vape much today at all, just wasn't getting that good HIT.
