Bit late crying about GB from the granite city! Consider the British car industry, home made aircraft or even naval vessels, you get the idea.

The odd power station now and then would be a bloody good idea, but unlikely.

This. Manufacturers are perfectly well permitted to produce hardware and whatnot in the UK, but newer regulations and associated taxes make it far more cost efficient to import and pay tariffs. Jac Vapour is a possible exception, but their stuff might be built in China, too. I'm honestly not sure.

T Juice makes some nice liquids and concentrates locally in the UK... their Cubaba is an exceptional NET liquid and is now available as a flavor concentrate. Good stuff.
