I see, that the new Panasonic NCR2070C is already available at some retailers shops.
I was wondering, if there are already comparisons between this battery and the Molicel INR20700A?
From the technical specifications I found, it seems like this new panasonic battery has higher capacity and lower internal ressistance.
Maybe Mooch can say more?

There is no comparison as far as I know.
Sanyo NCR 20700C is by far better from Molicel INR 20700A for higher and lower wattages.
Lower DC internal resistance Sanyo 15.5mOhms (milliohms) Molicel 18.6mOhms (milliohms)
Higher capacity Sanyo 3500mAh Molicel 2800 mAh
same CDR 30A ( Mooch's Rate )

It is the same cell as the Sanyo 2070C.
Where did you find the Panasonic?
Neither akkuteile nor nkon seem to have them in stock.
I meant of course NCR2070C and they are sold by IMRbatteries for example. I wanted to order some for my own experiments...asked my own source and they will get them in few weeks as well :D

I haven’t compared them directly but my guess is that the NCR2070C would be the better performer.

Mooch - do you know, if in the size of 20700 the NCR2070C would currently have the highest performace?
I havn´t seen any battery in this size at this point, that has such a high capacity with 30A CDR....

I don’t know. I haven’t compared it directly to the INR2070C. I’m getting in a couple of the Sanyo’s soon and will have the Wh Numbers once tested. A direct comparison is easy then.

IMRBatteries has had the Sanyo 2070C in stock for a short while. I received a few from them yesterday, haven't had a chance to charge them up yet.

Honestly, since I pretty much vape at 32w or lower, I find the 20700B to be perfect for me. I picked up the 20700A and 2070C once I found them, but I haven't tried them yet. Will probably use the A & C in my mech/unregulated devices. The 20700B is a great performer in regulated devices for me.

Anyways, just wanted to post here that IMRBatteries has the 2070C in stock finally if anyone is interested in them. I'm using 20700's pretty much exclusively these days, so I had to pick a few up to have on hand.
