week 4 post 1

Today there is supposed to be a vape meet for us New England Folk. I hope the snow predicted for today does not put a damper on people attending. Ironically the Vape Meet is going to take place in the heart of tobacco country where some of the finest shade grown tobacco in the world is produced.

Week4 Post2

Happy Saturday everyone! Last week for this thread? :(
So, like I said yesterday, we broke even ... and just in time, my small batteries just aren't providing the vaping experience I desire at this point. The learning curve in this hobby is steep and it comes up fast. In less than a month I've discovered that I really don't care about appearances but I do care about vapor production, throat hit, liquid flavor, battery life and resistance ... Is resistance the right word? Do y'all get what I'm talking about ... am I making sense?

Anyway, I'd love some advice on what device I should be looking to buy next. Right now I'm using a good quality 78mm slim battery, 808 threaded with a Kanger M3. I get nice vapor and flavor but I find myself "pulling" on it until the LED blinks and still wanting more. I have a couple so I don't mind switching and charging but I'm switching and charging all day and I imagine I'm killing the batteries pretty fast like that. I'm a bit of a chain vaper. And, I don't mind filling the Kangers a couple times a day ... I usually swap out between two different juices all day and I'm going through probably 4mls a day. I can't think of any more info to give that might help some of you helpful people help me ... I'd really appreciate any advice. And I know I could post this in a different section if the forum but I've gotten to know some of you here and feel more comfortable asking people I "know". Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi everyone! TrueBlueNC, wish I could help. I just use an eGo batt and either a Kanger t2 or Vivi Nova Mini. Its working for me so far. I am not familiar with what you are using so I can't say if that would be an improvement.

Thanks for responding vvaappeerr. I'm certain that would e an improvement and I've actually been looking at the eGos but I'm just not sure if I should step up to that or hold of and pull the trigger on something even more advanced. I am pretty sure I want to move into variable voltage so if I went tight the Ego I would want a Twist. Ah well, thanks again ... I guess I'll figure it out eventually. :)

+1 on the eGo C-Twist for you. That would be a step in the right direction if you are not ready to step it up to a true mod. That way you can get a batt that will last you all day or more and still have the VV also. 1000mah eGo Twist batts are very reasonable in price now so.... I have one as a backup for my usual devices, like it alot. Hope that helps. :) Good luck with whatever u decide on!!
