TLC Vapes is a good company, I just got there magnet kit for the panzer from them. I dont think you have anything to worry about. And gcfernandez, since we technically have the newer versions, does you locking ring ever get stuck? Sorry I know its off topic, but it happen to me the other night and it was a damn beast to get unlocked lol.

Okay cool thank you for your feedback on TLC vapes! and I was curious about that magnetic switch when i saw it! what does it do? and what are the benefits from using it?

Sorry for the late reply, but as previously stated it just replaces the spring, which I prefer also. Its more precise to me, the kit comes with 3 magnets, one thick one and 2 thinner ones. Then you just opposite attract them and theres your switch. For 12 bucks its not bad, ive seen the magnets cheaper from other suppliers like magnetman I believe? I forget at the moment sorry.

The springs on a button keep it apart, you have to press on the button to overcome the resistance of the spring to fire it. The magnet replaces the springs. One magnet goes on the top part, one goes on the bottom part. They are the same poles so the magnets keep each other apart. When you press on the button you are overcoming the magnets keeping them apart. So basically instead of using springs, we're using magnets instead of springs. The magnets are alot smoother in their feel which is why people use them.

guys, the maker of the panzer silver pin upgrades is going to release a full 3 piece silver set of the pin in a few weeks. So don't buy any silver pins now if your planning to get them. The reason is the instead of making a silver 510 piece for each of the different batches of panzer, the are only going to make one universal one that will fit all batches. In order to do that, the new silver pin will be threaded to match only the new silver 510 piece, which means that any existing batch of silver pin will not thread into the new 510 piece. And that also means that anyone that already has the silver pins and wants the silver 510 part also has to buy the new matching positive pin.

I hope they do this! Unfortunately I did buy the silver pins already but I will buy this set anyway just for that piece.
