Looking to get another parallel box mod. I have an istick 100TC and love the battery life. It doesn't seem like there are a lot of parallel mods out there.
Any recommendations on dual parallel mods?
The battery life won't be better due to the batteries being in parallel. In fact, series mods mainly to buck - fire at a lower voltage than the battery charge - rather than boost the voltage, which tends to be more efficient. Just look at the DNA200 vs the DNA75. The former is a series chip and has a much better efficiency, the latter is single-battery or parallel and has worse efficiency. The tc100w having a great battery life (which it has) is due to some other factors in the chip design.

For all intents and purposes there is no difference in battery life between a Series and Parallel mod.

The basic math equation is The Wh (Watt Hours) = mAh × V / 1000

In series:
Wh = 2000mah x 8.4/1000. = 16.8 Wh

In parallel:
Wh = 4000mah x 4.2/1000 = 16.8 Wh

Two identical batteries will have the exact same number of Watt Hours regardless of Series or Parallel configuration.

Now, in practice, Series is slightly more efficient than Parallel, but the difference is tiny, maybe a few extra puffs from a Series mod. Nothing you're likely to notice. Chip efficiency will make a bigger difference than Series vs Parallel.
