parliament lights smoker = medium?

hi, i'm trying to buy a kit from saveasmoker.com. with the level, i'm not too sure whether to get medium or another one. for a parliament lights smoker, which one is the right one?

you could go with low, i seem to remember parliment lights were extremely light , but would get both if it was me. some say the lower nic doesn't give as much of a throat hit .hope this helps

I smoked 2+ packs of pfunk 100's per day, I use the highest nic I can find...

Probably due to how many I smoked but I have been pleasently suprised that ecigs are in every way better... 36mg if you can find it... Good Prophets has some left still I think...

high or 18mg would sound right to me. depending on how much you smoked before.I would suggest going to wiki and reading up on nicotine before considering higher levels of addiction.

how much did u smoke........camel lights are 14mg per pack. You probably should get a couple strengths..low nic =no throat hit

i think the 36mg is too strong sometimes, i cut it down with glycerine 50-50 and its a lot smoother. kinda light at times but occasionally i get a good throat hit that reminds me of a light, maybe 24mg would be good but i'll have to try that.
