I have almost everything that I need to build my box mod -- some nice AW batts, intellicharger, wire, shrink tubing, solder, 18 gauge wire, FatDaddy 510, Mosfet, and probably forgetting some more.

But - it's driving me crazy trying to find out exactly what resettable fuse I need, and a good place to buy it without waiting for it to come from China. I'm having the same problem finding a good source for lighted firing buttons... it can be a low amp button since I'm using a Mosfet.

ps - using one 18650 batt.

Help!

Thanks,

Randy

I started out running the re-settable fuses through my boxes, but remember the less connections, the better. More connections equal possible voltage drop. As long as your batteries are in good shape and you're already running a mosfet, I'd personally say scrap the fuses. I stuck with an off switch so I can control current, also if you're building your own coils and not exceeding the amp limit of the batteries, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. If you're using a tank with prebuilt coils, you shouldn't be exceeding amp limit anyway. Hope this helps, if you have any questions, ask away. Also, I had to order mine from overseas, I know they sold some on Amazon, I'll see if I can find the link. Here's the link if you still want to go that route.

I'm with crizzo. I have built and rebuilt my box. Still have not used those fuses sitting in my toolbox. They are an extra safety measure but the mosfet should do you just fine. just received my led switch for my new box from amazon. Add box modders on facebook. tons of diagrams for anything and everything you can think of.
