Passthrough battery problems

I just got my my passthrough and it doesn't seem to be working. Before I put in a ticket I want to make sure its not just me doing something wrong. The first time you charge them can you still vape while charging? Or do they need a bit of chraging the first time before they can do that? Will the light blink when you hook it up to the computer like with regular ego batteries?

The passthrough is not the main charger for the Talon battery, so it will not act like regular charger. So it won't be the same experience. While you are using the passthrough, it will appear as if you are using a regular battery. It does not matter how much charge is in the PT battery when you use it, as the function of it is to be able to vape without having a charged battery.

Ok so this one must have been DOA because there no activity at all from it. Oh well it happens, guess I will get to see how to do a return and replace. Thanks for replying to my pm and reassuring me that it would be taken care of.

I forgot about the 5 click thing. Well don't I just feel sphecial now. Thank you customer service for asking if I had tried this and the tone sounded so non-judgmental even if we both know I should have thought of that. You are great! I had another problem with another vendor and it wasn't dealt with as quickly or nicely as you did kudos to you for that!
