Patriot clone post issues

I bought a patriot clone and the holes on the post are not evenly lined up is there a way to even them out?

you got a bad one man, idk if theres a way for those to spin back to where they should be, you can build on it though, you just need to trap the kanthal under the screw heads. kinda a pain but it will work untill you can either find a solution or get another atty.

So trap them like I would on a kayfun?

Yes, 24g is prob the biggest u will be able to fit that way. Or if u have some really small, sharp drill bits that u could step up starting with the absolute smallest bit u have, then keep adding a size up in bits till u reach desired circumference. If not then trapping them is the way to go.
