Paypal does not allow electronic cigarettes transactions in the United States...

The only vendors you will find that will take Paypal are outside the United States, although the last I heard there were two such vendors that have offices in the United States. Since these companies are based outside of the United States they are allowed to do Paypal transactions for whatever reason. These two companies are Liberty Flights and Totally Wicked. If you order from their United States websites you SHOULD be able to use Paypal, and they SHOULD ship to you from the United States.

This was all last I heard, not sure if any of that has changed though...

Awesome. Just have to make sure your bank is tied to your pay pal, and you get your statements at the same address that pay pal has for you. If not change that first, so they both match. When I signed my dad up the lady was real nice and since I tried to do it myself with no help and ran into a problem leading to denial, it just took a short phone call to get her to fix it. No worries. Pay pal also sends you email to the second that a purchase is made so you have records. Can also put a cap on spending in case you become a victim of CC fraud. Plus pay pal does not charge to pay you back in the event a cc fraud does take place. Most banks charge a fee for that.

I think they charge you for using the card at the pump though? Just a heads up, but maybe im wrong?

Nope, not a cent. It's the business debit card, and I don't get add-on charges anywhere to buy, or to make transfers, except for using a pay-ATM and a couple of times when I've been paid for something with a non-PayPal credit card.
If it makes a difference, mine is tied to my bank savings account.

Good info. Mines checking so I guess mine was just a ebay sellers fee and no diff. The charge was so small I didnt even look into it. Ive had mine for years and just never used it at the pump but that one time.

You can't go wrong with Liberty Flights.
