Paypal and no mention of e-cig

Hi just wondering why so many classified adds mention paypal but not to put e-cig in the comments? mods if this is posted in the wrong place I apologize just move to the appropriate place.

I read something here on the ecf somewhere, was looking to quote the actual letter someone had received, it referred to paypal and e-cigs, for sales or otherwise. Almost like it's against the rules or something. I don't know, frustrated I cannot find the blurb and copy of that post.

Paypal does not allow ecigs to be paid for using their service. It is against their rules.

I've had no problems paying with paypal. Actually, I just used paypal to pay for an order at Valley View Vapes. I hope they don't freeze my account. That seems wrong since it's your money.

I've used paypal to pay for my Liberty flights orders many times, intellicig, and some other vendors, I don't see what the problem is.

It's my understanding that outside the US, they have a different policy regarding ecig stuff.

Not everything e-cigarette related is prohibited by PayPal. So there are vendors able to utilize PayPal legitimately without concern about accounts being frozen/banned etc.
