Especially the one's that did get blocked and their $$ frozen for quite some time as well as those that observed how brutal that was.

Paypal has the same hypocritical 'policy' about gun accessories. If you state that you are paying for an accessory for a rifle, they might shut down your account, its happened to someone I know. Meanwhile, on ebay, you can buy barrels, trigger groups, scopes, stocks, and any part for any gun known to man.

The stated policies indicate their wish to restrict your freedoms, but they still want your money.

I don't agree with their policies on firearms (or PV's for that matter), but doing so is in no way restricting your freedoms. Ebay and Paypal are not owned or operated by the U.S. government; they are businesses that can decide for any reason which products are allowed and which products are not.

There are online auction sites dedicated to firearms, and you can buy or sell whatever firearm parts, accessories, ammunition, and even complete firearms (in accordance with state and federal laws of course, such as the requirement for interstate firearm purchases to be transferred via an FFL and with a background check).

If the sale of any PV's or accessories ever becomes explicitly forbidden by eBay/PayPal policy, you or anyone else has the freedom to start your own PV-specific auction site.

Hmm! Sounds like I'll need to only take money orders for my design of a gun-shaped PV that you stick in your mouth & pull the trigger to fire, once they get built. (Having CONTAINS MUCHO NICOTINE in big letters on the barrel might need re-thinking as well.) Cazan

See I had no idea eBay had any policy like this. I work in a pawn shop and I've converted a few customers and locals, and occasionally someone I know will sell me an old PV. I throw it right on our eBay store and usually a sell it in a week and I've never been hassled by eBay.

Ive used paypal for almost every e-cigarette purchase, except a few US Juice vendors that don't accept it. All of my FT stuff
was through paypal.

The only things I've bought from ebay are kanthal and a shotgun-shell ammo pouch (for clearos). Used paypal for them too.

It's an issue only for US vendors. PayPal bowed down to the powers that be in the United States. Foreign companies are still able to use PayPal.

I sold a nicotine laden lung using ebay and it was paid for through paypal. Dunno how that fell through the cracks.

PayPal has pulled out of some different niches in the past. If you have a card issued by PayPal, that can serve as a "work around" - though it doesn't solve the problem for those vendors who only accept PP.
