If your concerned about cc fraud get a prepay card. I got a blue bird to use just for online transactions after my cc info was stolen.

well unless ebay recently changed their rules selling anything ecig related is prohibited....
even though yes there are tons being sold there, any time I had tried to list something I got warned about it....when i brought their 10,000 oversights to their attention was told that they can not monitor every listing
