PCC? Can I store a fully charged bat without...

Actually, it doesn't fit upside down, reason being that the end where the battery is recessed to fit the male charging part of the PCC is now facing the lid of the PCC. When you also count the fact that the LED end of the battery is a bit convex, this makes the battery "longer" by just under 1 cm. Try it and you'll see what I mean. At least that's how mine, which is from Innovapor, works. Maybe some of you don't experience this because other manufacturers' specs are different?

Cool. Thanks guys. I was just thinking it would be even cooler if I put in my fully charged bat, in the case as my spare so when I discharged the one I use, i could just pop that in and charge that with the juice that was intended to recharge. So, i could use one up, get the charged one out, replace it with the discharged one, use that up and go back to the original. Like having a 3rd spare if you will...........lol.

I confuse myself.......:p But, you know what I mean.

The battery is the same size weather it's upside down or right side up. If it fits one way it fits the other.

Not in my PCC... The atty end of the battery is hollow and the PCC contact has some kind of pin or shape that fits perfectly if I put the battery in the correct way. When I put the battery upside down, the closed cover of the battery LCD does not enter all the way and the PCC lid can't close. 8-o It looks that there are some differences between PCC cases: some people needs to put a cap at the top of the battery or an spacer inside the lid in order to make a good contact and charge the battery... in my PCC the battery fits perfectly tight and if I put the battery upside down I can't close the lid.

Either way the OP can leave the battery in the PCC. Once the battery is charged there is no activity, IMO. :)

Interesting thread. I thought I read somewhere a while ago that leaving a charged battery in the PCC still slowly drains the PCC itself, but maybe I am wrong. And count me too as one of those that can't put the 510 battery in upside down. Simply does not work on mine.

I think they are great when you will be somewhere all day with no access to a USB port, wall outlet, or cig lighter. Other than that, I rarely use mine. What would be nice is if it were a bit thicker and I could modify it to hold a small dropper bottle along with 1 spare atty and battery..... all I could need. Instead, I went out and got a small case meant for portable hard drives and that holds everything I could need for any situation: PCC, USB charger, cig lighter to USB adapter, USB passthrough, bottle of juice, extra atty and extra battery.

I do prefer this to smoking and am glad to (hopefully) be done with smoking for good, but it is sure is a bit more work than a lighter and two packs of smokes. :)
