PCC from liberty flight will fit the 510 Manual batt?

If you're talking about this pcc I'd assume the answer is yes (I was looking at these myself). They state it's good for thier 510 starter kits, and seeing as one of them includes manual batts then it would make sense.
Looks like you can also get it here, but cheaper:
