PCC help

hello I am wanting a pcc for my new 510. I dont want to buy one I would rather build one. But im not sure where to start or any thing. If any one has made one could you throw me in the right direction please. I am very electric made one could you throw me in the right direction please. I am very electric savy as I have been working with electronics for the last 10 years and any trained in it by auto schools and by the navy. So a little help getting into the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Chuck

Just designing on off the top of my head. You would need a usb mini port, a battery side connector , a 7.4 nominal voltage thin battery pack. Two charging ic chips ( one for the 7.4 pack ,one for the Pv battery3.7 nominal volts) then a assortment of caps resistors led indicators. I guess a 3.7 battery pack could be used if you added a booster to it to keep the output voltage at least .2 over 4.2 volts. Really it is pretty hard to beat paying 25 or 30 bucks for one. But if your really set on making one maybe this will give you a start.
