PCC issues, can someone help?

So today my multiple shipments arrived, I've officially converted from analogs to e cigs...yahoo!!!
BUT boy do I have questions...lol

I'll start with the easy ones
1) I got 2 PCCs and 8- 808 batteries (all manual). Of the 8 batteries, 5 of them fit into both charging cases perfectly the other 3 don't. When I plug them in and lay them flat to close the case the button faces the front of the case and has to be depressed in order for it to lay flat. It seems to me like that would defeat the purpose of charging if the button has to remain depressed. Is this normal? Anyone have any thoughts or experienced this with their pccs?

Welcome - not a clue on the 808 - I am a 510+ user, but there are many who will be able to answer your question I am sure.

May want to carve out just a really small section area of your PCC case that seems to press on the button of your batteery.
