I met the guy who was Jefferson Starships producer a few years ago. He is also the person who plays the piano part in the studio/album version of the song 'Maggie May' by Rod Stewart. I was never a huge fan of Starship but the Maggie May thing really impressed me. He is a really nice guy too.

Yup 1992 Gibson Les Paul Custom in Wine Red....here is a better pic

I also have an early 80's Yamaha SBG2000 that rivals the Gibby and exceeds it in some ways.....and a 2008 Am std Tele. Not as fond of the single coils though. I have equipment that my playing doesn't quite do justice to...but if I can't enjoy my hobbies I might as well roll over and die, right?

Those are some beautiful instruments you have there, wader, and I'd about forgotten that song. Now it'll be in my head all day, it's one of THOSE songs. Sounds good, keep doing that. Got me thinking about my favorite American guitarists... probably Ry Cooder, Richard Thompson and Knopfler... (I like doing this before work, cuppa and a choc banana vape.) Beat goes on.
