can anyone tell me some of the pros and cons of peg 400, also how it compares to pg and vg?

The major drawback is to find a good supplier that will sell a USP grade in reasonable amount.
peg400 and other polymer formulations are sold for many applications as reagent or technical grade. These are not suitable for inhalation.
The USP grade (what you would want) is sold by suppliers to Pharma company, but many of them will want to deal with companies to avoid being tangled in illegal activities.
