Penelope Ceramic

My brand new penelope is flooding every time I fill 'her up.

Turns out I damaged the ceramic somehow.

Anyone else broken this ceramic or just my 'specialness'?

I suspect that I made the wick too long and this caused the 'rebuildable part' to become stuck in the base. I had to use my 'rehtard strength' to get it unstuck. I think this is when the damage the the ceramic occured.

Submitting support/warranty request to COV.

Wow! I submitted a support request with COV, and then they posted the Ceramics for Penelope on sale on the site.

I can only assume they chose the ceramics first (I know they have a lot of other stuff like the wicks in their hands) because I needed one.

EDIT: REDACTED. Turns out they sold everyone else the ceramics except the guy with the broken one (me). Told me to wait until they get more.

i did that on the first batch of ody that came out with the sopy taste it broke when i went to heat it up
