I think the idea of producing more than the number of pre-orders is a great Idea. I think what ever the total of pre-orders and doubling that would be great. It would give people who want a gg item to get one. I know there are GG collectors that order not only 2 but 10. Which is their right, but I think for others who would only need one to get something they can have for a lifetime. Either way Imeo make his deserved money and also allows others to be able to obtain something they yearn for.

WHen I see some peoples collection of un-used pristine items, of course I say thats amazing, but I see all the people who have searched for years with no avail. Part of me says its a bit selfish to "hoard" these things that were made to be used. I can understand also, if one has the money, why not get one or 2 extra as a collectors piece or investment.

Ive seen at least 2 members recently put up giant collections of up to 5 or more of each items: Brand new, unused of Penelope, Odysseus and other items. They were being sold at higher than retail. I cant help but think wow, good investment, but at the same time "scalper" comes to mind. They were bought even at the price.

Just a thought, that others feel also. People have the right to buy what they want with their money, and as many as they want. But those that want one to use and enjoy cant get the items, feel upset and wronged.

These are just my opinions and not meant as a criticism to any of those people who keep wonderful collections. I know that in all the hearts of passionate collectors (me included) its not always the thought of buying and making money) most never sell off their precious collections. When I finally got my Odysseus I loved it so much, and knowing that it was out of production made me want to have another as a backup to use it on another device. I also bought as many as I could afford of the inner parts that I thought would wear out eventually in case the parts ever stop being made. I know Imeo will continue to make parts for his past items but we all know that wont be forever.

BTW, I had to pay 250.00 for my Odysseus when I found it. That was before rules changed about asking over the retail price. I had the opportunity and unexpected funds and went for it. No regrets, best 250.00 I have ever spent on an atomizer/juice delivery. But now, with the fact that Penelope is officially discontinued and Odysseus also those price caps dont apply as now they are considered rare and out of production. I saw another Ody the day going for 300.00 , and another for 250.00 , dont know if sold.

I just dont understand if they make the parts, for the discontinued items why, they cant be purchase as a whole unit. I guess you could buy the parts individually and put it together yourself, which Im sure some have, and probably sold them. But I also notice lately that they dont put every piece you need on the pre-orders probably to discourage people from buying parts , selling the unit and making money. Which is also sad, because for those willing to spend more money buying the parts to finally get their hands on a much wanted Odysseus ,Penelope, UFS orIatty etc. they should be able to do buy the parts.

Its the tiny number of people that do this for the wrong reason that make it hard on those desperate to have an Ody or Penny or UFS.

Off Penelope subject for a minute but my ggts black plastic connectors piece broke in half so now my center pen will not stay attached to the 510 connector. I have the 4 in 1 top cap. Bruce is of course out of stock and I haven't heard back on anything I can do. I got excited when I saw it was available at a store in greece until I went to pay for order and money has to be wire transferred. That would cost me 60 dollars for a 3 dollar piece of plastic too make my lifetime mechanical mod work. Is there any tips or tricks I can do to keep them connecte d? The center pen will not thread into anything. So far I've had my gg back for a week and needed a spring and now the connector and cant find parts for it. Any advice on the connector would be great. No access to a plastic piece should not keep me from using this

Im so sorry this happened. See, its parts like those, anything plastic should be produced at least once a month and sent to COV and E-smoke guru always. Even if its just 50 a month. Plastic wears and can break so it should be those things that are available constantly.

Knowing this when pre-orders come around, Im sure there is someone out there that bought a few or a dozen, I would, and could spare one. Either post in the WTB/ or post here and someone should come to your rescue.

Sounds great. Thanks imeo. Would it be dangerous for me to remove it so i can thread the nut to the 510 connector? The plastic broke in half and half is in the 510 connector and half is stuck on the threads by the nut that touches the center post.

I want to say Thank You. Apparently you upped the production quantity of the Ithaka because low and behold I was just able to buy one without having a pre order or being raped in the classified section. Looking forward to trying this God like beast out. It's pricey but I'm sure it'll be worth it.

you will not dissapointed at all compt. Ithaka is the best rebuildable out there in all levels and far away from the competition (if there is any)
