Pennsic Vape Meet--one more try...

Anyone Going to Pennsic this year?

I'll be camping with Chez d'Argent in W16 (Bottom of Runestone Hill, across from the bath-house).

If we can get enough interest, I would be willing to put together an official Pennsic Vape Meet in our site, compete with refreshments, and sample juices for folks to try.

I tried this last year, and literally got NO feedback at all, and not a single person mentioned it at Pennsic. I find it hard to believe that there isn't a single SCA person who is also a vaper and is on ECF.

I know there is plenty of other stuff to do at Pennsic. I know that a Pennsic get-together where the host isn't pouting cheap booze down everyone's throat isn't going to be popular with the masses, but I find it difficult to believe that VAPERS in the SCA would be interested in going to Vlads or something like that, rather than a VapeMeet.

I mean just think how cool the photos would be... ;-)

I'm considering giving away a mod or some juice or something for the best period-looking mod, or the best mod disguised as a period thing. So maybe the motivation of FREE STUFF will get people to post this year... ;-)

 

[Subdivisions]

I live close to where Pennsic is held and have a few friends that go. Nevertheless, I myself won't be there but you may be able to smell my vape clouds. Have fun!

Pennsic and the SCA are both things my daughter and I have been interested in for a long time now. Unfortunately, our circumstances have not allowed us to participate, and will not for the foreseeable future. However, your plan sounds great, and if we were able to go we would certainly sign up.
