MyFreedomSmokes.com has a strong Mint flavor that tastes like vaping candy canes. Too minty for me as a non-menthol smoker, but if you want a good strong peppermint MFS Mint might be for you. All their juices are custom mixed from 0-48mg (for flavored) so you could definately get it in no-nic or low-nic.

For the best price and taste on 0 nic juice, I'm a fan of TastyVapor. Their "doublers" are a whopping 120ml of low-priced (why pay the same price for 0-nicotine as for high-nicotine?) flavors that you use either for vaping alone or for lowering the nic content of other juices while keeping full flavor. For vanilla you could try their Buttercream flavor.
Their nicotine juices are great too, just the lowest is 12mg, so you could try a Peppermint 12mg + doubler and mix (very economical) or just the Peppermint doubler and use it to stretch another maker's juice.

Well, I too have tried some Candy Cane recently from Velvet Vapors, and fell in love with it, soon becoming my all-day-vape! When I ran out, I tried to recreate something close to it, but no luck. It seems that just peppermint and unflavored liquid are not really Candy Cane. Adding some sweetner, or Ethyl Maltol didn't really work well either. There must be something I'm missing in the Candy Cane field. Any suggestions?

I have a bottle of peppermint from vapor4life that is just overwhelming with mint. I can't do it. If you like peppermint that's definitely a strong dose of it. Lots of folks rave about it.

I think V4L's Wow Peppermint juice is the BOMB! It's a daily and my "go to" vape. Flavor, TH and Vapor production are all 5/5, imo. Their Wow Vanilla is waaay to sweet and perfumey for my taste, but you might want to give it a try, since sweetness is what you're looking for:)
